At Lorique, we strive to make every purchase a positive experience. If your order is not quite right, we're happy to review return requests in accordance with the guidelines below.

Return Requests

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include any original tags, accessories, or packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item.

However, Lorique will cover reasonable return shipping expenses when:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product was defective upon arrival
  • An order fulfillment error occurred on our side

If one of these situations applies, please contact us before arranging a return shipment.


If Something Arrives Damaged

We recommend inspecting your package shortly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Supporting photographs may be requested to help us process your claim.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, gift cards and certain final-sale items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return process has been completed.


European Union Customers

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Additional rights available under local consumer protection laws remain unaffected.


Refund Review & Processing

Once a returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected before a refund decision is made.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Most approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, although the exact posting time may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
